This company has been under accumulation and the price trend appears to be strong with volume increasing with each push higher. Value as determined by relative value still has room to climb, while the price trend continues strong. Temporary pullbacks are normal but they have all be done on lower volume, suggesting profit taking periodically before the uptrend continues.
Wabash National Corp., participates in the Department of Energy’s SuperTruck program, a five-year research and development initiative, focused on improving freight efficiency (the amount of freight hauled per gallon of fuel used) by 50% compared to 2009 base model heavy-duty tractor-trailer vehicles. The company recently developed a trailer for this program that reduced drag coefficient by more than 30%.
